How to use the LinkedIn Post Screenshot Generator
Prepare a readable image of a post for a presentation or another social channel. Paste the actual text and supply the author details and images you have permission to use. The design is composed locally; it does not fetch a LinkedIn page or add invented engagement figures.
- 1
Paste the post text
Copy the words you want to share into the editor and add the author's name and headline. A LinkedIn URL cannot be imported here.
- 2
Add visual context
Optionally upload an author photo and post image. Select a background and canvas size, then inspect the full preview.
- 3
Export with context
Download the PNG and credit the original author where appropriate. Use the separate background maker if you already have an actual screenshot.
A starting example
Starting point
Pasted post text, an author name and headline, and an optional locally uploaded image.
Example approach
A designed PNG post image on a configurable solid or gradient background.
Tips for a better result
- Confirm that the author details and words are accurate.
- Choose portrait format or shorten long copy for readability.
- Keep a link to the original source in the accompanying post.
This is a designed representation of supplied text, not a captured or authenticated LinkedIn post. URL import, live metrics, and publishing are not supported.
Frequently asked questions
Can I paste a LinkedIn link?
The editor accepts the post's text, not a URL import. Copy the words manually, or upload an existing screenshot in the Screenshot Background Maker.
Does the output prove a post was published?
No. It is a design made from editable inputs and should not be presented as proof of publication or engagement.
