How do I delete my account and data?

Who can access my connected social accounts?

Only authorized members in your workspace can use connected accounts according to the permissions you configure.

Technical Issues

The app is crashing or not loading

Refresh the page, check your connection, and try signing in again. If the issue continues, contact support with your browser and workspace details.

My social account will not connect

Confirm you are signed into the correct social account, approve the requested permissions, and try reconnecting from workspace settings.

I cannot sign in to my account

Use the same email you created your Caroush workspace with. If sign-in still fails, contact support and include the account email.

Subscription & Billing

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel from billing settings or contact support from your account email and the team will help you close the subscription.

Will I lose my content if I cancel?

Your paid publishing features stop after cancellation, but support can help you understand what happens to drafts, assets, and workspace data.

Can I get a refund?

Contact support with your account email, plan details, and reason for the request so the team can review your billing case.
