Caroush gives you a faster publishing workflow, but you stay in control of the content that goes live.

Caroush terms principle
01

Agreement to these terms

By using Caroush, you agree to these Terms of Use.

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Caroush, including our website, dashboard, AI content tools, scheduling features, publishing workflows, support channels, and related services.

  • If you use Caroush for a company, agency, client, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
  • If you do not agree to these terms, do not use Caroush.
  • Additional terms may apply to specific plans, trials, beta features, or third-party integrations.

Use Caroush responsibly, review what you publish, and keep your account secure.

Terms in one sentence
02

Accounts and workspaces

You are responsible for your account, workspace activity, and invited users.
  • Accurate information: provide accurate account, billing, and contact information and keep it updated.
  • Account security: protect passwords, sessions, API access, and connected social accounts.
  • Team access: workspace owners are responsible for inviting, removing, and permissioning team members.
  • Unauthorized use: notify us immediately if you believe your account or connected platform access has been compromised.
  • You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority where you live to use Caroush.
03

Trials, subscriptions, and billing

Paid features may require an active subscription or successful payment.
  • Caroush may offer a free trial, promotional plan, paid subscription, or usage-based feature.
  • After a trial ends, you may lose access to paid features unless you select a paid plan.
  • Subscription fees, billing cycles, taxes, renewals, cancellation terms, and refund eligibility are shown at checkout or in billing settings.
  • You authorize Caroush and its payment providers to process charges for selected plans, renewals, taxes, and applicable fees.
  • Unless required by law or stated in writing, fees already paid are non-refundable.

Caption: Cancel before a renewal date if you do not want the next billing period to begin.

04

Your content and AI-generated output

You own your content, but you are responsible for what you publish.
  • Your content: you retain ownership of prompts, uploads, brand notes, captions, campaigns, images, drafts, and other materials you submit.
  • License to operate: you grant Caroush permission to host, process, copy, display, transmit, modify, and use your content only as needed to provide, secure, improve, and support the service.
  • AI output: generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to other content, or unsuitable for your brand, industry, audience, or platform rules.
  • Review required: you must review and approve content before publishing, especially claims, regulated topics, links, hashtags, media rights, and brand or client approvals.
  • You represent that you have all rights needed to upload, generate, edit, schedule, publish, and reuse your content through Caroush.

Caroush helps draft and distribute content; it does not replace your editorial, legal, or brand review.

Publishing responsibility
05

Connected social platforms

Caroush depends on third-party platforms you choose to connect.
  • You authorize Caroush to access connected social accounts and perform actions you request, such as scheduling, publishing, retrieving status, and displaying errors.
  • You must comply with the terms, policies, community guidelines, API rules, rate limits, and content standards of each connected platform.
  • Third-party platforms may change, limit, suspend, reject, delay, or remove publishing access or content at any time.
  • Caroush is not responsible for third-party platform outages, account restrictions, algorithm decisions, moderation actions, or API changes.
  • Disconnect integrations you no longer want Caroush to use.
06

Acceptable use

Do not use Caroush to harm people, platforms, or systems.
  • Do not violate laws, platform rules, intellectual property rights, publicity rights, privacy rights, or contractual obligations.
  • Do not publish spam, scams, malware, phishing, deceptive content, impersonation, harassment, hate, or content intended to manipulate platform systems.
  • Do not upload or generate content that you do not have permission to use.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, bypass security, access other accounts, or interfere with Caroush.
  • Do not use Caroush to make automated decisions about people in employment, housing, credit, insurance, healthcare, or similarly sensitive contexts.
07

Caroush intellectual property

The product, brand, software, and design remain Caroush property.
  • Caroush, the Caroush logo, product design, website, software, workflows, templates, documentation, and related materials are owned by Caroush or its licensors.
  • You may not copy, resell, sublicense, modify, create derivative services from, or commercially exploit Caroush except as allowed by these terms.
  • Feedback, ideas, suggestions, or feature requests you send may be used by Caroush without restriction or compensation.
  • These terms do not grant you rights to Caroush trademarks, branding, source code, or proprietary technology.
08

Service changes and availability

We work to keep Caroush reliable, but availability is not guaranteed.
  • We may add, modify, suspend, discontinue, or limit features, plans, integrations, AI models, or workflows.
  • We may perform maintenance, updates, security patches, or emergency changes that affect access.
  • Beta or experimental features may be changed or removed and may not work as expected.
  • Publishing times, automation behavior, and delivery status may depend on third-party systems outside our control.

Highlighted text: Always keep important campaign deadlines, backups, and approvals outside any single software tool.

09

Disclaimers and liability limits

Caroush is provided on an as-is and as-available basis.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caroush disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and error-free operation.
  • Caroush does not guarantee that AI output, analytics, recommendations, captions, schedules, or platform results will be accurate, lawful, successful, or suitable for your needs.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caroush will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, reputational harm, or business interruption.
  • Where liability cannot be excluded, Caroush's total liability will be limited to the amount you paid to Caroush for the service during the three months before the claim, or USD $100 if you paid nothing.
10

Suspension and termination

Accounts may be limited when needed to protect users, Caroush, or platforms.
  • You may stop using Caroush at any time and may request account deletion through support.
  • We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk, fail to pay, misuse integrations, or use the service unlawfully.
  • After termination, access to paid features, workspace content, scheduled posts, connected accounts, or support may be limited.
  • Sections that by nature should survive termination will continue, including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions.
